由金馬影展發起之《10+10》電影聯合創作計畫，邀集10位台灣資深導演、10名台灣新銳導演，每人分別拍攝五分鐘短片，以「台灣特有」為中心題旨，不限形式與劇本內容，完全授權給每一位導演自由發揮、想像與創作。
《10+10》意謂這二十位導演將拍攝出片長一百分鐘的電影，影展也期待這聚合一氣的影響力，激發出遠超過影片本身的龐大能量！這二十部「台灣特有」的短片，類型有溫馨、純愛、驚悚、紀錄、荒謬、黑色喜劇、社會寫實亦有魔幻想像，有舊日重現亦有當代現況。議題包涵了城鄉差距、時代變遷、自我嘲諷、校園暴力、家族情感、青春情懷、媒體力量、歷史回顧等等，全面觀照了台灣社會過去這百年來的變遷，也從中掏洗出歷史洪流裡不可或忘的記憶與情感。
