五個「聖育強中學」不同年份畢業、各有發展的校友：議員吳郁仁(曾志偉-飾)；影帝張秋雲(詹瑞文-飾)；婦科醫生傅武琛(王晶-飾）；玄學大師司徒奇峯(杜汶澤-飾)；舞蹈教師林查理(狄易達-飾），一起為恩師朱老師(吳耀漢-飾)慶祝八十歲生辰。 不料，在慶祝的過程中遇上五個年青貌美的模特兒：開放的 Tina(周秀娜-飾)；電影狂迷 Audrey(徐自然-飾)；驗身成癮的倪險(朱裕琳-飾)；被鬼上身的小倩(楊梓瑤-飾)，和經常想破處的 Eleven(江怡-飾)。五人被五個女孩的青春氣息吸引一一出軌！
五男於是組成「猛男滾死隊」與五女繼續偷情，但被郁仁的妻子劉玉卿(張可頤-飾)發現，與傅妻 ana(陳法蓉-飾)、司徒妻靈靈(麥玲玲-飾)、查理妻陳浩蘭(莊思敏-飾)、秋雲妻施九(楊詩敏-飾)等佈下天羅地網誓要查出姦情，五男十女於是展開奇謀妙計，誓要成為勝利者！
