海天一色的貝浪灣，聚集了不同的人；Sharon(周秀娜)和Rachel(傅穎)從小就在這裏成長，閒時跟舅父學中國功夫，可是她們卻較熱衷沙灘排球。另一處是布家大宅，住了布太及她子女Natalie (Jessica C)、Natasha和Tim(羅仲謙)。一場小風波令布家和一班村民起了衝突，同時亦令Tim及Sharon初次邂逅。布家準備收購貝浪灣，並發展成渡假村，但此舉換來村民激烈反抗，Tim亦因此與家人反目。經談判過後，彼此同意以參加沙排球公開賽決定一切，如Sharon一邊勝出，布家就不能收回沙灘作發展。為迎接比賽，舅父以功夫融入排球的方法訓練Rachel和Sharon。最後兩隊順利躋身決賽。究竟誰能贏得最後勝利呢？貝浪灣是否從此消失？
