智妍是高速公路收費站的收費員。某夜，一輛神秘的黑色房車交了一張染滿血跡的票給智妍，智妍感到非常恐懼。其後她的同事跟智妍說了12年前曾經有一輛犯人押送車在這裡出了車禍，車上所有人全部罹難，但有一具屍體卻不翼而飛。此後，每隔4年的2月29日，在高速公路收費站的附近總會發生離奇命案，智妍聽過這些事以後感到更恐懼。其後智妍接二連三的遇上詭異的事。2月29日再次來臨，而她的同事亦在這一天被人殺害，智妍和探員一同開始尋找詭異事件背後的真相。
