改編自荷里活電影《駁命來電》(Cellular)，講述單親媽媽Grace（徐熙媛飾演）這天如常送女兒如婷上學，途中卻被悍匪以霍（劉燁飾演）駕車欄腰猛撞，在她半昏半醒、全身無力的狀態下，目睹以霍在她屋內大肆搜索，更以凶殘手法殺害其女傭！然後把Grace擄走並鎖到一個貨櫃內。以霍逼使Grace交出他的犯罪證據，否則把她全家幹掉。驚惶失措的Grace襯無人看守時竭力地把一台損毀的手機重組，奇蹟地打出一個求救電話，意外撥通給任職財務公司貸款部職員的阿邦（古天樂飾演）。
