宋詩喬（Angelababy飾）經常獨自對着錄音機説出自己心中的秘密。因為她患有的先天性疾病，讓她無法從事任何劇烈運動，甚至還有失憶的徵兆。所以，詩喬習慣了用錄音機記錄下自己生活的點點滴滴。同時，她也習慣了經常服用藥物帶來的諸多不便。看在眼裏，痛在心頭的母親鄭青（江珊飾）對詩喬的關懷無微不至，母女倆相依為命，但是母親最大的心願就是讓女兒能夠體會愛情的美好。正是青春年少的詩喬，也突然發覺身邊缺少一個可以分享感受的伴侶。一次偶然的機會，她在遊樂場扮演卡通玩偶的時候，巧遇了引吭高歌的搖滾青年——高中同學宮寧（趙又廷飾），後者便對她展開了愛情攻勢。兩人墮入愛河，這也是詩喬第一次感受愛情的美好。而宮寧也開始鼓勵詩喬實現跳舞的夢想
