三位好朋友 - 富豪、武癡、和老千。老千在臨死之際，以自身為傲的詐騙技能秘密作為交換條件，希望功夫大師好好照顧和保護他的兒子，再拜託富裕商人給于他兒子金錢上的資助直兒子18歲長大成人，作為報答。多年以後，富豪洪爺(陳百祥)召開家庭家議，要求他的家庭律師到一小村莊把"阿永"(田亮)給帶回城市。頓時家裡所有的人都感到驚訝，並且關懷疑阿永和洪爺之間的關係。阿永自幼由一對鄉間夫婦撫養，在寧靜的小村莊裡長大。從小春伯便教阿永功夫，可是從來都沒有告訴過阿他所教的便是詠春拳法。然而，從開始的一連串誤解，誤會以及意想不到的種種事故，讓這趟把阿永帶回來城市如此簡單的任務頓時變成一場熱鬧、歡樂的詠春武打搞笑之旅﹗
