風水師車震（杜汶澤 飾）是一名愛滾的花花公子。 不料卻遇上跟他一樣遊戲人間的美女獸醫志玲（周秀娜 飾）。 二人一見生情，但互相怕對方太爛滾，用情太深會受傷害。
志玲得兩名同居好姐妹大卞（鍾采羲 飾）、小卞(梁政珏 飾）獻計，要車震搬來跟她同居同床，但要禁慾一百天，車震冒死接受挑戰。 大卞、小卞與他的一眾舊情人不斷誘惑他，令車震忍到上腦。
結果捱到第九十天，最大的誘惑終於來臨 --- 志玲遇上城中巨富鑽石王老五利兆偕（劉浩龍 飾），而車震又重遇當年有緣無份的初戀情人校花何嘉欣，他們二人能否抗拒誘惑，衝過這一百天 “無慾之旅”呢？
