流氓校長 (DVD)
智力管理大學的老校長因還不起向江湖飄（李羅 飾演）所借的債務，於是希望江湖飄能接下校長的職務，讓學校能繼續經營下去。江湖飄當然拒絕，他對學校一竅不通，而且更重要的是，他可是江湖大哥，如果他接了學校，傳出去的話他的臉可不知要往哪兒擺。江湖他還能混嗎？！畢竟江湖飄是在江湖的資歷已經深的大哥了，他很快的判斷接下學校對“公司”的經營是沒有任何助益的。還是決定將整個學校的校舍拆掉，重建高級別墅。
江晴美（曾之喬 飾演），江湖飄的寶貝女兒，自從一場綁架案中與王拓海（小鬼 飾演）相遇，拓海的英雄救美，讓晴美對他一見鍾情，偶爾機會下，得知拓海就讀智立管理學院，晴美當然毫不考慮轉過去智立管理學院。可是她拿什麼理由跟父親提要轉校的事呢？雖然父親從小對他溺愛有加，但矮騾子脾氣的老爸唯獨對學校、對她的教育大小事可是一板一眼，她知道老爸是絕對不會輕易答應她轉學的，除非～爺爺-江上（吳孟達 飾演）以及文雄（祝釩剛 飾演）、武雄（申東靖 飾演）的幫忙。 就在江湖飄思考文雄的建議之時，江上感嘆地對兒子表示，家長也願意花錢在孩子身上！不過～小孩子“教育”會有問題，以後沒有競爭力！在幾經推敲、思考、衡量得失後，江湖飄，這個在地下世界響噹噹的人物，決定接下智立管理學院這個燙手山芋！ 很快地召開臨時董事會後，江湖飄正式接管了學校，而且兼任校長一職。
江湖飄接管學校後，才深知買學校容易，經營不易的問題。但飄哥的治學自有一套哲學，雖然有時很像黑道的法則，也鬧出不少笑話，但我們不得不承認，這個打鴨子上架的校長，愈來愈有校長的架勢。當學校一切都按部就班之時，只有一個班級卻仍依然故我，絲毫沒有改變的樣子。這一班就是觀光管理系四年級
