因為一場病毒意外，台北陷入末日異變，政府下令連夜撤離所有西門町的居民，然而昨晚狂歡的地下幫派根本不知道這件訊息；同時間、SWAT特種部隊正闖入， 準備執行格殺命令，企圖瓦解盤據西門町區已久的黑社會組織，然而、角頭老大(戎祥 飾)的親信小弟們卻突然變成活屍四處咬噬，頓時、西門町血肉橫飛，逼迫著互不信任的黑道、警察、特種部隊、還有平民們，不得不攜手逃出生天，然而表面雖然 彼此合作，暗自裡卻仍勾心鬥角，甚至上演街頭格鬥、自相殘殺。 LINDA(姚采穎 飾)外表靚麗溫柔，其實個性堅毅，她好不容易逃離活屍群的追咬卻又落入另一困境：一名變態男子趁著社會秩序大亂，綁架LINDA等多名女子關在自宅地下室 凌虐，已喪失丈夫的Linda為了年幼的女兒，祈求能在變態人魔手中求生存。屋內是恐怖的變態人魔，屋外是活屍肆虐的街頭。她要如何才能逃出生天？
