東京一位成事不足、敗事有餘的九流女律師寶生(深津繪里 飾)，每場官司戰無不敗，「前途似咁」理應摺埋，正當意興闌珊之際，老闆(阿部寬 飾)卻叫她接手一單奇案。一名男子矢部五郎(KAN飾)被控殺死有米妻子鈴子(竹內結子 飾)，他拒絕認罪並堅稱有不在場證據－案發當晚他在旅館「被鬼壓」，而他唯一的時間證人就是當晚壓著他的武士冤魂(西田敏行 飾)！寶生於到猛鬼旅館求證，還親身經歷「被鬼壓」，天生有鬼眼兼經常時運低的寶生，看到壓在她身上的武士冤魂，決定一不做二不休，索性叫鬼武士出庭作證。搵鬼 打官司，寶生可說是史上第一人，但要說服時運高見唔到鬼的陪審團、以及頑固的檢察官(中井貴一 飾)談可容易？一場疑幻似真的官場鬧劇、一個盡地一鋪的末路律師、一隻四百多年前枉死的武士冤魂、一段非比尋常的人鬼友誼……寶生最後能否搵鬼打贏這場極 具爭議性的人鬼官司？
