一段純愛浪漫故事，由一首樂曲連繫著阿Ling（江若琳飾演）、小榛(文詠珊飾演)、Rex(何浚尉飾演)三人的關係。阿Ling自幼患有白血病，個性樂觀的她，不把一切放在心上，唯獨生命有限期的她，一直將所愛藏在她心底，亦不將病情告知好友Rex及小榛。
小榛自小跟媽媽從內地到港靠賣魚為生，個性內向的小榛不擅表達自己，與阿Ling的性格是一冷一熱，卻成為互相關心的好朋友。小榛對Rex有好感，Rex卻沒有表示，而小榛也沒有發現另一個男生阿曦（徐正曦飾演）正默默愛慕著她。
對音樂甚具天份的Rex作了一首音樂參加比賽，而這首音樂就是他為所愛女生所作，但他從未透露她的名字；畢業在即，三人各奔前程，他們之間並未發展進一步的關係，直至阿Ling病倒入院，才打破這種感情的緘默 ……
