宇多田光 - 櫻花紛飛
2010年底起暫停歌手活動的東洋天后宇多田，終於推出眾所期盼的全新作品！ 隨著11月17日於日本上映的電影「新世紀福音戰士新劇場版：Q」正式公開之際，也披露了由宇多田繼「序」「破」兩部作品之後，再度為新世紀福音戰士譜寫全新主題曲『櫻花紛飛』。目前仍處於暫停歌手活動的宇多田，因應電影工作人員的熱烈要求，同時她本人也對於該作有著深厚的情感進而完成這首美麗的作品。
不同於「序」「破」的主題曲，這首帶著感傷美麗氛圍的『櫻花紛飛』充滿了文學氣息，以及對於生命的詮釋。 同時該音樂錄影帶則是由曾榮獲坎城國際影展的導演．河瀨直美拍攝。以〝母性〞為主題表現出日本的美麗風光，一如導演所說「正因為處於這個時代，更想要珍惜身邊觸摸得到的事物」，而宇多田本人也與導演討論過無數次之後才完成這支珍貴的音樂+影像的佳作呈現給世人。
