黑人跟錢瑋杉是工作拍檔，黑人假扮相親公司的老闆，錢瑋杉假扮要相親的女方，兩人合夥詐騙有錢人家，後來騙到一件傳家之寶"天外之星"就開始逃亡，被騙的有錢人家展開報復，找來私家偵探--連凱假扮東南亞富豪身第二代，幫對方騙回天外之星和錢瑋杉，後來良心發現救回錢瑋杉，錢瑋杉跟黑人在逃亡中發現彼此相愛，黑人犠牲自己被抓坐牢幫助錢瑋杉逃跑，兩年後黑人出獄，兩人又在一起了。
