「九陰聚財穴」是一種太陰太邪的邪咒，天師向死去之先人祖墳施法後，可以吸盡方圓五公里運氣，讓家族富四代，造成「一家富貴，千家乞食」。由於運氣有吸盡之日，其祖墳必須每三十年搬棺一次。
古惑仔烏蠅(鄭中基飾)與好友奶油豬(伍允龍飾)受 AKTV 老板周阿強 (關楚耀飾)之命，恐嚇一代玄學大師蔣天機(元彪飾)為周太公搬棺。烏蠅一直認為鬼魂或殭屍只會在故事書或電影中出現，可是直至遇上美艷女鬼明天(胡然飾)，他才相信靈異世界確實存在。而奶油豬的心儀女星 Balla(羅子喬飾)亦被殭屍所咬。烏蠅及奶油豬求助天機及其徒弟靈心(蔣璐霞飾)，四人組成滅屍敢死隊殺入電視台，便被一眾「喪屍兵團」包圍了！
