幾年後，駱欣在一個香港老闆何兆飛的普拉納公司上班。寧晃，在上大學時就一直猛追駱欣，可是每每被駱欣婉言拒絕，駱欣等了秦源三年，也讓寧晃等了她三年。為了能有與駱欣更多的接觸機會，寧晃也隨駱欣進入了普拉納公司，駱欣在寧晃的幫助下完成了許多成功的企劃。一次駱欣到新世紀公司做企劃案的演示時遇到了初戀情人秦源，激動得當場暈倒。原來秦源已是新世紀公司的市場部總監，並帶著女友許暄回來，駱欣看到秦源已另結新歡感到十分痛苦，但仍對秦源表白，希望和他從頭再來。對秦源仍有期盼的她，雖然心裏痛苦，還是默默的守候著，望穿秋水，當一切夢想都煙飛雲散，當一切都成為過去，情感的歸宿又在何方……
