當眾人以為可以安穩地過新生活之時，對於男友羅倫被狼族殺死仍耿耿於懷的愛蓮娜(瑪姬嘉絲 飾)對一切都看不過眼，更誤以為雲妮絲美是因為被咬而變成殭屍的，因此向佛杜里家族告發古倫家族觸犯了「不准將人類嬰孩變成殭屍」的禁忌。佛杜里立即聯合 各個殭屍家族，向古倫家族展開廝殺與追捕，為了一線生機，古倫家族向其他殭屍部族及狼族求助，一起對抗佛杜里。各路吸血殭屍傾巢而出，古倫及狼族群起反 ?，勢必引發世紀鉅變！
