上世紀三十年代，雖然日軍的炮火越來越近，但上海灘依舊沉醉在紙醉金迷之中。 謝易梵（張東健飾）是一個把女人當成獵物的花花公子。莫婕妤（張柏芝飾）是一個把自己身體當武器和籌碼的交際花。謝公子的姑媽(盧燕飾)帶來了新寡女人杜芬玉(章子怡飾)這是一個和這個風花雪月的空間格格不入的純情女子。杜芬玉的出現同時引起了謝、莫二位的興趣。兩人展開了以杜芬玉為誘餌的賭局遊戲，賭的內容是杜芬玉的身體，獎品是謝易梵夢寐以求的莫婕妤的身體。謝公子面臨著巨大的挑戰，杜芬玉對謝公子的桃花攻略進行了頑強的抵抗，卻越陷越深，最終，謝公子同往常一樣離開他的戰利品，但他發現，他深深的愛上了自己的獵物。故事因此而失控，情欲，嫉妒，陰謀，死亡統統不期而至………
