剛從外地回港的陳均平（陳偉霆 飾）及其現任女友阿詩（詩雅 飾），在機場巧遇前度女友──周怡（鍾欣桐 飾）。周怡與旅行作家阿樹（周俊偉 飾）正準備出發前往長途旅行，卻發生爭執鬧至分手。為這次旅行而下定決心辭職、退掉公寓的周怡，一時無家可歸，獲對她念念不忘的陳均平和其女友阿詩收留。周怡前往二人的新居暫住，發現眼前追求物質生活的陳均平，早已不是曾經擁有夢想，一起共渡患難的陳均平。唯一不變的，是陳均平對周怡這位曾經分分合合，糾纏多年的前度思念如昔，始終沒有放低過。
周怡無法與現任情人阿樹結伴前往旅行，卻寄居前度情人的新居，短短兩天內， 面對新居中熟悉的一事一物，處處勾起周怡與過往前度的回憶，30小時，回顧六年來的愛情遊歷。
