在寶(余詩曼飾)和Ryan(方力申飾)的婚宴上，投影機正亮出了他們相戀的過程，乭是錄像突然變成Ryan跟一性感女子在床上的片段。寶沉著氣走上舞台宣佈婚宴即時取消，而這件事迅速成為網上流傳的「都市傳說」。一年後，回復單身的寶與風流快活的Ryan繼續保持好友關係。一天好色愛玩的強竟要求寶參加換妻派對，保守的寶本想拒絕，但遭強利誘下無奈答允。換妻聚會上，兩人遇上了杰(羅仲謙飾)跟妻子蘇曼麗(傅嘉莉飾)。四人發展出浪漫火辣的關係。在另一婚宴上，當投影機播出新郎威(黃智燊飾)與新娘珍(陳嘉寶飾)的溫馨片段時，畫面又閃出意想不到的片段……
