一輩子不得志的搖滾樂手莫子（莫子儀 飾），靈感乍現寫了一首歌給他的歌手女友凱西（路嘉欣 飾），卻在送出之前意外死亡；日漸走紅的凱西每年都會寫一首歌送給莫子，然而她收到莫子的第一首情歌，卻預言著他倆即將消逝的愛情；手藝精湛卻罹患癌症的紙紮師傅（高捷 飾），耗盡心力造出了一間超級豪華紙紮洋房，最後卻遭抵押而無法燒給自己；他的妻子阿月嬸（陸弈靜 飾）替人掃墓維生，陰錯陽差獲「陰間客戶」指點而竊得一筆百萬鉅款，卻只因一時衝動而轉送他人。原本不相干的兩組人，卻因阿月嬸的寶貝兒子小剛（唐振剛 飾）而有了交集。小剛最近交了好運，不但獲得房屋仲介的差事，還賣出了生平第一棟房子，沒想到卻因此引發一連串的連鎖效應。於是，不論是在世的人、還是死後的鬼，他們所僅有的那一席之地，似乎也將出現難以意料的變化……
